Tip Lavishly at your Watering Hole

In Hong Kong, a tip is not always expected as a service charge is generally included.
However, this custom is certainly to be avoided when out on a bender, or at your favorite pub such as Amazonia in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Yes, this may seem obvious, but you would not be surprised at the number of cheap cretins that
think nothing of consuming a dozen or so Carlsburgs, buy a half-dozen Puta Margaritas, and leave nothing
for the hard-working servers!  Don’t be a doucebag – tip your waitress.

there’s nothing wrong with not leaving a tip if you don’t find the service up to par. my father never tipped anyone, and now he’s rich, so i think it’s OK not to tip…

yeah, I hate those cheap charlies too! I always leave a tip, especially if it’s a cute waitress who might bump into you at the supermarket and, after a bit of erotic fondling of the cucumbers at the vegetable counter, will come back to my pad to fool around. works every time!

we don’t tip much in Ireland, but sometimes I get so drunk I buy a round for the whole bar and wonder where all my money went when I wake up the next morning

when I went to Ireland on vacation, I was amazed that the cute bartenders didn’t expect any tips – they kept stuffing my change into my rather large hands. one girl in particular did like my American accent and came back to my bed & breakfast one night, where i gave her a tip of the other variety, but that’s another story altogether!!
